Marriage Registration

I will handle all the legal documentation and will personally deliver the marriage register to Home Affairs and issue you with your marriage certificate and copy of the register on the day of your wedding.

Required Documents

The following documents are required:

  • Identity Documents or Passport.
  • Proof of Divorce or Death Certificate (If you’ve been married before)
  • Ante Nuptial agreement (If any).
  • Fingerprint Verification done at Randburg Home Affairs.

Foreign Nationals would need:

  • Copy of Foreign Passport (If a party doesn’t have a RSA ID)
  • A no Impediment and apostille from their home authorities.
  • An interview with the immigration officer at Randburg Home Affairs before the wedding.
